Temperature resistant coating, TESSAROL PRO HEAT PROTECT
Metal surfaces differ significantly from one another. The type of metal, such as iron, steel, or aluminum, and their usage, whether for fences, radiator pipes, or gutters, plays a key role in selecting the suitable paint, preparation for painting, and the painting system.
TESSAROL PRO HEAT PROTECT is a temperature-resistant coating designed for protecting exhaust pipes, stovepipes, metal parts of fireplaces, oil stoves, and similar metal surfaces exposed to high temperatures.

TESSAROL PRO HEAT PROTECT should be mixed well before use. The surface must be dry, sanded and cleaned. Grease and other impurities should be cleaned with the TESSAROL NITRO thinner. If possible, apply the coating on horizontal surfaces. On vertical surfaces, the proper dry film thickness without dripping can be achieved with two thin wet layers. For optimal protection, the coating should be air-dried for at least 48 hours after application, then the protected object should be gradually and slowly heated. After completing the work, clean the tools with TESSAROL NITRO thinner.
If rust is removed with acid-based chemical agents, the surface must be thoroughly rinsed with water and dried. Only then can decoration and protection be applied according to the recommended system, as the residues of the cleaning agents can prevent the coating from drying.
